Team Member Handbook

On any adventure you take in life, it's always best to have a guide with you to show you the way. Whether you have worked for us for a couple of months or multiple years, we have created a simple guide for life here at Chick-fil-A Pleasant Grove Road and Chick-fil-A Whitaker Parkway. In fact, before you are permitted to work in our restaurant, we have you read, understand, and sign our Team Member Handbook. It's our guide to finding success in the restaurant. Do you have a question about one of our policies? Do you want to go back and make sure you understood everything you signed off on? Maybe you are just curious about what is in the handbook you read so many years ago. Whatever the reason, we have a printable copy of the handbook here for you, to answer all of your questions.  We are constantly updating and changing this handbook to keep pace with the changes taking place in the restaurant. Uniform Request

Do you need or want a new uniform, shoes, or hats?

Direct Deposit Form

We all know that you want to get paid for the hard work you put in each and every day! Using a direct deposit form will be the easiest and most reliable method in which to receive your hard-earned cash!

Please look below for a link to print off a direct deposit form, as well as important information you may need to know!

Additional Important Information to Know:​

​

  • We will need a copy of a voided blank check in order to confirm account information.

  • We will need a direct deposit authorization form from your bank.

  • Please return all forms to leadership. 

  • By using Direct Deposit you will receive your paycheck two days earlier than those waiting on a paper check.
